There are 3 guests rooms which are regularly decorated and updated.

Hereford (Double Ensuite)

This Room is a beautiful bright room that has double aspect windows both with lovely country views. It has a shower ensuite.

Friesian (Twin Ensuite)

This Room has one large window overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. It also has a shower ensuite.

Ayrshire Annexe (Ensuite)

This Room is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance at the back of the farmhouse, it overlooks the garden . It has a bath with shower over ensuite and is more suited to people with limited mobility. This Room also has a patio area outside and table and chairs in the warmer summer months.

All the rooms are decorated in Laura Ashley style, have orthopaedic sprung/memory foam top layer mattresses, blackout blinds, hospitality tray, flat screen TVs , hairdryers and WiFi (although sometimes being in the countryside it can be a little unreliable).

There is a small guest sitting room, where tea and biscuits are frequently served on guests arrival(before 8pm) we strive to offer this little extra perk but being a busy unpredictable working dairy farm it is not always possible.Guests are very welcome to use this Room during their stay to watch a film ,quietly read relax away from sleeping children enjoy a glass of wine etc.

The Dining Room is a light airy room with beautiful views over the garden and beyond, Breakfast is served 7-9 am Mon – Sat and 7,30 – 9,30 Sunday’s.

Jenny offers a wide selection of breakfast options including fresh orange juice ,fresh fruit salad yogurts and cereLs .of course our delicious raw milk( please inform us prior to arrival if you are unable to drink raw milk (not recommended for pregnant/nursing ladies or those you are auto-immune comprised).

Also a full English (sausages,bacon tomatoes mushrooms organic free range eggs) or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, poached eggs on a muffin or continental.

Wide choice of beverages including decaf, green and herbal.

Choice of toast and homemade marmalade and jams.

Jenny tries wherever possible to source local produce including bacon and sausages from Turners Butchers Overton and Norton Farm eggs.

There is a vegetarian cooked option and Jenny is happy to cater for other special dietary requirements,please discuss when booking.Jenny is also happy for guests to use the dining room in the evening if guests would like to have a tajeaway as long as it is left as they find it.
